Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LoveShackFancy pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
